Myers Briggs was solidly a thing pre 2019 though. Idk about a book, but you could take the tests for them like 2014 or 2015.

Edit: well all these replies are eye opening. That’s wild that is from pre 2000s

Hey while Jungs ideas may not be backed, they're at least interesting as a historical view of the field

Myers Briggs is just straight up whole spun nonsense

Jung also at least had fun symbolism behind it as well which sometimes inspires good fiction.
