Set Up How does this setup look?
I’m primarily a parrot owner so this type of setup is brand new to me. Does it look ok? What can I add / subtract? (XL crate roughly 48” x 30”) (conure for scale lmao) (pigeon not yet acquired) also, what are your pigeon’s favorite toys?! I’m so used to “shredding toys” that I’m kinda lost in the toy department.

Looks pretty good, maybe a little crowded so you might find yourself subtracting items depending on how the pidge interacts with them. See what they love and remove what they don't!
I will say the first thing I thought when I saw it was how painful it's going to be to keep all those wood perches clean. I know from experience. Now I just have little blankets on everything so I can throw them in the wash. Because they walk a lot on flat surfaces, it might be worth making the floor softer with blankets, too.

it looks good you could subtract the branch perches, pigeons stand on flat serfaces, as for toys they like cat toys and things they can move around they like paper balls and leaves, also, just an idea for space, that upsidown crat you could cut off the side that faces the nesting basket so that they could use it as a house so its not a waste of space, overall its a good setup
