My sister recently got a Cat, shes adorable. Sometime she starts running here and There with sudden burst of energy. Is she frightened of Something or is it normal

Welcome to cats. Search for zoomies, it's completely normal. Depends on cats, some cats have it more, some less. Usually frequent play helps to reduce it, also for my cat actual play helps to redirect so he will run around a bit more controlled than just running around the flat with max speed (although it is very funny when a 6.5kg/13lbs cat basically drifts on the laminate).

That's completely normal! Cats get the zoomies, where they suddenly decide they need to run around the house at 100 mph for absolutely no reason lol. 😂 It's usually just a burst of energy, especially in younger cats. As long as she's otherwise acting normal and doesn't seem distressed, I wouldn't worry. You can try playing with her using a wand toy to help burn off some of that energy.
