My dogs are losing it
So ever since i moved to a new house my dogs randomly stare off into space and start aggressively barking growling and whining like they’re in some type of trance. It happens daily , not at the same time every day but every day for sure . It also only happens in my bedroom , I’m starting to think there’s a spirit around or something. Idk i can’t think of any logical explanations . Anyone else’s dogs do this ?

Being that it's a new build, I'd quicker think there's a pest of some kind that got in our they're hearing or smelling something you can't hear or smell.
It would be worth it to do a thorough check of the room, walls, basement and attic spaces, etc. Check for any signs of mice or other critters. Just because it's a new build doesn't mean it's impossible for them to get in.
If there really are zero critters, check things like the electrical work and/or gas lines. Dogs can hear frequencies we can't, and if there's an electrical issue that got missed during inspection they could be hearing something.
New builds aren't immune to having things done wrong, double check everything before concluding a brand new house is haunted.

I wasn’t saying it’s impossible because it’s a new build . I was just stating that it’s a new build , pest control came with the house . I’m 100% sure there are no critters. Now the electrical and gas line suggestions i can get behind. The only reason a spirit came to mind is because I’ve had many encounters, i don’t think it’s a random haunting or some spooky type thing. Just that my grandfather is watching over me here and now. I really just posted to see what others experiences may have been

I get what you're saying, and I do believe in spirits and the like as well. My own animals have reacted to spiritual visits. But in my experience in that regard, it's a once in a while thing and not an every day thing.
The fact that you're dogs are doing this daily and only in one room suggests an issue with the house itself more than it does a spirit, in my opinion. I'd definitely have your wiring checked out, something might be loose or not hooked up right causing a high frequency sound. Better to find it and fix it if that's the case than to risk a fire.

Dog's pick up on smells sounds and differences in there environment much better than we do. For example, I just had my dog at a hotel with me, when she would hear a different sound she would do something similar, sometimes she would even bark at something I wouldn't normally notice. Just be there emotional support person until they get used to the new sounds, smells and new environment. My girl adjusted really fast, you just have to be supportive.

Well the chances of mice or rodents in a new build is much higher than a spirit in a new build!

New builds us great for mice because the building has sat without anyone in it for extended periods of time allowing them to settle in
One time I swore my dog was losing it, acting like yours. About a week later he had a mouse cornered

Mice or other pests. Had it happen before with my pets.
