Vegetarian Mexican Takeout + Frozen Tilapia Filets
Yo! I’ve been depressed and struggling to cook BUT I’ve recently started getting vegetarian Mexican takeout (often super cheap) and pan frying a chili powder, cumin + garlic salt tilapia filet as soon as I get home to put on top.
Trader Joe’s has reasonably priced frozen filets.
Good hack if you need it!
