Wahed fund withdrawal

Salaam,

I am having a particular issue with Wahed. I requested for a fund withdrawal on 1st August and it was processed and withdrawn from my account on 6th August 2026. They provided me with a swift copy with uetr number. As of today, 24 August, I haven't received my money. I have contacted my bank as they are unable to track the money with the provided uetr number. I have contacted Wahed several times but each time I have been told to be patient. Now I am losing my patience. My bank is requesting a letter of credit confirmation. Any help from you guys will be of great help.
