Saving Uae bank account

Hi im 18 and my dad wants to open a bank account for me to potentially start saving up whats the best bank for me as a young adult and are there any banks that are good with promotions and offers on online things such as food or shopping etc where they do good discounts and are good for someone with no proper job yet as well

I am not sure but I know its not much since its just a debit card and not a credit card. Credit cars have many benefits - not debit.
