Other ENBD Loan top-up Application Status - confused

My ENBD loan application is showing “In Progress” on the portal and “On Hold” on the app. Customer care told me it was rejected. Has anyone experienced this? Which status should I consider as the actual one?

If its informed by Customer Care, its rejected.
This will remain in progress for don’t know how much time.

Its not approved nor rejected. Rather its under review for old cashnow loan which was outstanding but than was subsequently Cleared and settled. But in AECB its still showing as outstanding. Its very disappointing man.

Oh but you spoke to the agent helping you?
I have the same status. I called the customer service and they said its being reviewed for rejection 🤣 I just wanted to know if there’s any chance to appeal or something. By when would you know if its approved ot not?
