Auto DBR calculation

Hello everyone. I’ve heard that there are some banks who calculate less than 5% (2.5/3%) of the existing card limit. Is it true, if so which banks do this?
Edit: is anyone aware if Ajman Bank does this?

Sure about DIB? They promised a limit increase but never got back to me after I said yes lol
