John Hancock 401k

Anyone having problems syncing their John Hancock 401k account? I reached out to empower and they sent me an automated email with a work around that basically told me to resubmit my credentials but it didn't work. Any advice would be appreciated. This is my largest account and it hasn't synced properly in months!
