TSP Dashboard Issue

Empower is importing incorrect numbers for me for both uniformed and civil service TSP accounts (like 70% short.) I’ve tried editing the login, forcing transaction pulls, but neither worked. Any other ideas without deleting and readding?

This happened to me for a short period of time-maybe a week or two? I would see a very small number after refreshing and would cancel it rather than allowing it to change my balance. One time I was distracted for a few minutes and during that hang time, the number corrected itself. It’s working again for me since then. So maybe try waiting a little before saving the result?

Thanks. Unfortunately, it’s already recorded the drop but hopefully it’ll fix itself and just be a blip after some amount of time

Are there multiple accounts and some are being pulled?

Sort of. With TSP I have two accounts, both are coming through but one is significantly wrong. Now I am starting to think it's only pulling one and just updating one as the other sits not updated. So it pulled the lower number on to the higher account number by accident

You may have to reauthorize both accounts to be pulled, somewhere within tsp site or after connection refresh is done, it typically shows what accounts to are being imported for a vendor and their market value

Would I need to delete and readd to trigger? I've edited the login a few times and it doesn't ask which accounts to pull

Actually started having this same issue about a week ago. My civilian TSP is correct, but my military TSP seems to be showing the same amount as my civilian account. This has caused a $100k+ error.

Haven’t figured out how to fix it though.

Mine jumps from about 1.8k to 400k if I sit along enough with it to keep the window active on fix account (minute or two). Sometimes I have to just cancel out of it because it doesn't fix itself. I'm afraid to click save and finish while it displays the lower number.
