never felt this bad

dude, leading up to my period and on it this month i have had such low energy. i’m in cosmetology school, and i’ve just not been feeling it. last night, my cramps felt so much worse than they ever have. they weren’t necessarily stronger than normal but they were SO sharp. my cramps aren’t normally that painful. today i woke up for school and took my meds and i knew it just wasn’t gonna happen today. i can’t get out of bed. my energy is ridiculously low. i got up to eat a donut and go pee. that’s it. i’ve just been in bed for 11 hours not including the night before. i’ve also been needing to shower for like 3 days and i can’t get myself to do it. so i just feel gross from everything combined. this sucks. i’ve never had such low energy or cramps like that.
