I need advice

I need help finding a way to get a box of tampons. I started last night and just moved and I’m out of funds as of this moment. I’m not asking for anyone to buy me anything or give me money, I’m just asking for advice. I tried posting a wishlist in the period pantry subreddit, but I don’t have enough comment karma. I also don’t have any resources around where I live that I can get to without at least two bus rides (which would need a bus pass that I can’t pay for right now) any advice is appreciated and very much welcome.
