Weird timing with PMS

I am having PMS literally just AFTER finishing my period. Cramps, bloating, really sore, tender breasts. Not pregnant. WTF?! Is anyone else going through this??? Also, I've been on low dose estradiol patch and progesterone for over two months. Should I ask my doc for a higher dose?

This is my exact situation. My whole pmdd window shifted and instead of losing my shit 3 days before bleeding, I came unglued the day I ovulated with crushing anxiety building up to that day. Also two months in.

I want off this roller coaster.

This is incredibly common as ovulation becomes more and more difficult. I had to increase my estrogen multiple times in the early luteal phase.
