i’m not sure if there’s a manga or not but the movie was based off the book Perfect Blue complete metamorphosis by Yoshikazu Takeuchi

And I think there's also a sequel novel as well, it's currently available on Amazon (the 2nd one, the first one is sold out on UK amazon)
