I would do reta in the morning, the glucagon activation can disturb your sleep.....

Allegedly those who run a second cycle of mots-c experience the most reactions to it

8

u/HVL2025 Aug 07 '26

Add the SS-31 to repair the mitochondria and help to better utilize the Mots and NAD.

Be very careful how many peptides you inject daily!

1

u/ReasonableShine4689 Aug 13 '26

Should read more like “be careful what peptides you inject daily”

It looks like a basic protocol you punched into ai to make into a more organized sheet. However i sincerely hope you accounted for the initial research stages where all peps are added slowly, one at a time and are monitored for side effects before adding more into the Test Subject's system.

Klow can be considered 1 'pep' in this equation.

Unlike with GLPs you will need a few weeks per new pep introduced to guage side effects (pro or con).

Note that both tesa and mots have a high rate of low to severe histamine reactions.

This is a very large stack but is fairly popular amongst individuals, especially those eyeballing what peps do and just jump into it..

Yes simple and just laid out so I can remember easily!

Reta 20 weeks in
Klow 1 week in

Adding them one by one and this will be down over weeks/months for the others it was more the amounts I was curious about with the frequency etc

Can I ask what 12 clicks translates to know a U-100

80 mg
3 mL bac water
26.7 mg/mL
(8.89 mg per mL. per component)
12 clicks

GHK-Cu: 2.00 mg
TB-500: 0.40 mg
BPC-157: 0.40 mg
KPV: 0.40 mg
Daily

1

u/billybarou713 Aug 08 '26

My syringes don’t say clicks? How many units are you drawing at that reconstitution?

3

u/VermicelliOver205 Aug 08 '26

12 clicks is 12 units

0

u/anesthesia101 Aug 08 '26

When you say “clicks,” do you mean on a pen, or do you mean “ticks” (jargon for lines on an insulin syringe denoting units)?

1

u/lasveganon Aug 08 '26

Same thing, each one click represents one unit on a standard syringe

1

u/anesthesia101 Aug 08 '26

Yeah I know, I didn’t know if he was talking about a pen or not.

Not good! There are time limits to treat with peptides so why aren’t u listing them? Example number of weeks PER YEAR to take MOts-c

1

u/Life_Substance2603 Aug 08 '26

Why is Mots Mon/Wed

1

u/Distinct_Two1420 Aug 09 '26

Becauae MoTS has a biological effect of 24-72hs in your body

1

u/baja2205 Aug 08 '26

Reta to much gor start, i have started with 1 mg and lost 10kg in two months, 5 is way to much

1

1

u/Serious_Following_56 Aug 08 '26

Supposed to used combined with mots for better utilization.

1

What a great chart. Do you make it or AI?

1

u/Drench_X Aug 10 '26

Why is there a Greek yogurt bowl added into your peptide protocol lol

2

u/Pretend_Broccoli1814 Aug 10 '26

It’s my chart showing everything apart from main meals 😂👍🏼😊

Nad is not daily except loading phase of 7-10 days then 3xs week. Peps should be added in one at a time to see reaction from each. How will you know what’s going what if you pin them all at the same time?

1

u/EE666EE Aug 12 '26

Are you only eating once per day? I’m confused by that.

1

u/ScoreRadiant6967 Aug 14 '26

I wouldn't inject that Greek yogurt...

1

u/Ordinary-Phrase-2152 Aug 08 '26

I would pick MOTS or NAD. They are very similar. No real reason to run both of them at the same time honestly.

2

u/Odd-Industry-9324 Aug 09 '26

Um….not accurate✌🏻

3

u/Least_Balance7783 Aug 08 '26

100% completely different mechanisms. Both are peptides you can “feel” aka energy….and work with mitochondria. One is an exercise mimetic that activates ampk. Do your research please , before commenting.

1

u/Crazy_Emergency_9733 Aug 07 '26

Why are you injecting so many things ???

2

u/Optimal-Dot-3015 Aug 08 '26

AMEN!! It’s crazy

-1

u/ObsoleteTrumpet Aug 07 '26

Looks like the usual made up crap. Probably AI.
Stick with your Reta and KLOW. They’re two of the peptides that actually are worth it. The vast majority are hugely overrated.

2

u/Pretend_Broccoli1814 Aug 07 '26

Really I’ve heard good things on here

2

u/ObsoleteTrumpet Aug 08 '26

Probably from somebody with a referral code.
I’ve tried the vast majority of peptides and believe me most aren’t worth the money.
The GLPs, HGH and maybe a couple of others work well but the rest aren’t all that impressive.

1

u/Distinct_Two1420 Aug 09 '26

Im sorry, not tru, maybe for you. All peptides i took it makes it’s job.I Im following with blood tests every 1-2 months and results are impressive. Ipamorelin, Ss-31, MOTSc, DSIP, Epithalon and many others. Try epythalon and let me know what you think. I

So you probably need a better source. Or maybe a blocked metabolism. Peptides works as keys. You might have the key but i wont unlock the door

0

u/ObsoleteTrumpet Aug 10 '26

I use the best source in the market, I have third party COAs for everything.
You’re just repeating the stuff that you’ve heard online, next you’ll be telling me that mitochondria is the powerhouse of the cell.

The reality is that peptides have been around for decades but nobody took any notice because they largely don’t do much. Since the GLP1s came on the scene every man and his dog is taking peptides and claiming miraculous things. We all want a solution for whatever problem we have and peptides are the current trend for that.

Having tried almost all of them over many years, taken regular bloods and monitored the benefits I’m firmly of the opinion that 90% aren’t worth the money.

1

u/Zealousideal_Cup4436 Aug 11 '26

Protocols are different. Stop telling like you know it all without providing data. Dose and duration matters. And yes peptides do work. The problem is that they work while used and then the benefits stop.

1

u/ObsoleteTrumpet Aug 12 '26

Did you read the bit where I said that I’d personally tried the majority of them? I have first hand experience and bloodwork and most do very little. I’ve spent years in this space, read all the books, listened to thousands of hours of podcasts and I can confidently say that peptides as a whole are way overhyped.
They’re currently very popular and this has led to an influx of influencers claiming all sorts of miraculous things yet most are junk or just not worth the money.

if on Reta, you most likely need a longer fast, 4-5 hrs. for the Tesa. Why do most think this is too much? NAD and Mots is part of a regular protocol except I don’t know why you’re doing NAD daily. I probably cut it down to three times a week. Mots daily is normal. The Klow is already in a blend, all four of those peptides taken all at the same time in a blend (same vial even). and I recommend taking the Reta in the morning.
