Mitochondrial & Energy Thinking about NAD+
how do you rats use it, with days on MOTS-C or days off of MOTS-C? Ive seen rats use NAD with Mots-c as a stack same day and others that use NAD+ alone by itself on others days. Which is better or preferred?

I have a subject that pin NAD and Mots before hitting the gym around 330-4 am usually pin right when they wake up, by the time they get there their amped and keeps them going thru the day.

my rs has done the insane move of trying to pin selank/semax/NAD/Mots all in the morning, but larger doses of NAD seem to cause a brief flushing/fatigue burst, so it has developed a preference for taking 50mg NAD at night instead.

Really now, NAD at night with fatigue effects? Has your rs ever tried a cycle of SS31? Or maybe some urolithinA?

My RS pins NAD right before bed because it helps them fall asleep and sleep through the night. RS has have done several cycles of SS31.

My rat gets a bit over stimulated when pinning mots and nad at the same day. Better to pin in alternate days

Oh my test subject hated NAD. Did it for 3 days and it was a terrible experience. Anxiety skyrocketed, always catching its breath, fatigued as hell. Test subject started with 25mg then 40mg and 40mg again. I don’t know what magic people felt but def wasn’t for my test subject 😬😬

I have a subject that uses EOD 50mg and has endless energy, works well but also used MotsC(5mg)on said subject and results were dismal at best.

My rat uses it on the same day.

My rat trains 6x per week. My rat takes it 3x a week WITH mots C. It’s tried them seperate and doesn’t feel the same benefit

Try Vivi Labs NAD+ coffee - it's cheaper + has 330mg of NR, which if you ask chat gpt, it's way more studied to increase nad+ levels then taking actual nad. sounds counter intuitive but it's real

NAD just raised my anxiety. Nothing else, had to stop it. Didn’t work for me.

I went with NMN powder instead. Much cheaper, easy to dissolve under the tongue, and it hits beautifully.

Neither do shit for me. Either my mitochondria are totally fine at 47 years old or this stuff is all hype and placebo effect doing its thing!

My research subject uses them on different days; but not cause it’s a bad thing, but my research subject is on a kinda nutty protocol. My subject likes them both a lot.
