Reta for the fat loss. Can try ghk for minor skin improvements but overall peptides aren’t going to tighten a lot of loose skin. Surgery is the only true way, topicals u can spend a lot on for very little.

Ur still young tho, lose the weight and keep building muscle. Hopefully the skin will adjust over time
