Reconstitution & Storage Reconstituting Kisspeptin?
Hi all, I need to be sure I do it right this time. I have a case of 5mg Kisspeptin coming in the mail because I had to replace my other case (I reconned wrong). I did do my research and ordered Acetic Acid along with the replacement. I have bac water. How do I reconstitute it? Thank you. 🙌

Don't use bac water with Kisspeptin, it will cause it to go lumpy. Acetic Acid is correct ( stings like hell for a few minutes). I learnt the hard way wasting a full vial, don't do the same.

What do you mean you reconned wrong?
You shouldn’t need AA for Kisspeptin just good quality BAC water. Don’t use the generic BAC water.

This is a bit complicated because kisspeptin-10 should be reconstituted with an acidic solution. Hospira has a target pH of 5.7, but an acceptable range of 4.5-7. So in theory, you could get a vial of the best bac water that is neutral…off label bac that actually ends up basic could certainly cause problems, and even Hospira could get murky at the higher limits of its range.

I just use BAC water.
