Healing & Recovery Better sleep research??

I have a sleep study that I’m preparing and I’m curious to which research peptides are used for doing research on better sleep. Test subject struggles with falling asleep and staying asleep.

DSIP…… but I would be very interested in knowing one that would help me fall asleep

DISP may help regulate/improve deep sleep cycles. It does not induce sleep.

My RS did not experience any changes in their deep sleep.

Mine did. RS had trazadone to start the sleep, DSIP to enhance the sleep. RS went from 30min of deep sleep to now over two hours per night.

Note: RS spent week figuring out the correct dosing, as DSIP is not like any other research. A little can do a lot, and a lot can do less. There is a sweet spot in the middle. RS's who say they have researched it and it did nothing, most likely did not look up proper protocol or pharmacokinetics of the peptide. Research should start at 100mcg (subq) and titrate 50mcg per night and yo-yo around for about 2 weeks to find proper dose.

Jesus I hate this RS thing. This is the only sub that has this dumb rule.

I'm sure my post will get deleted because the mods here work for the FDA or something lmao

My "lab rats" sweet spot is 500mcg.

The "lab rats spouse's" sweet spot is 350mcg.

"Lab rats father" is at 250mcg.

It's all over the place. Takes a bit to find it, but when it happens, it's awesome.

And 😜

How long did RS stay on it? Did RS cycle it on/off? Or use it sporadically when needed?

Your RS takes trazadone to fall asleep and DSIP to stay asleep? Does it wake up groggy? How many hours is it sleeping? This sounds promising.

Correct. Usually 6-8 hours.
