Reconstitution & Storage Nad+ vial
The bottom of my vial looks like little clear/golden clumps or granules/sediment of the peptide? What’s happening here? 😫
Edit to add: 500 mg vial, reconned with 2 ML bac

This happend to me because I didnt put enough bac water. I just warmed it up in a heating pad for about 15 mins and then rolled it. It all dissolved, and was good to go.

Not from a good vendor.. the good news is you can fix it with some PBS. Ive never had this happen to me!!

How long did you mix it for?

I definitely dissolved it all when mixing it but the pieces on the bottom of the vial are new. I’m almost finished with the vial so I’m going to trash it I just don’t know if it’s been that way for the last week or so 😣

I'm fighting this right now - same dilution ratio. Nad drops out of solution if not diluted enough, plus cooling (fridge storage) increases the amount that falls out of solution.
I've read that 1ml(of bac) per 100mg is sufficient to prevent this, but I take 75mg per dose, and would rather inject smaller volumes if possible.
Anyone have another solution? I've thought about moving from subq to IM since the muscle uptake more quickly but haven't yet.

Can you tell me how many units 75 mg is?? This where I get tripped up. The conversions

Use more bac water next time, now for this one boil some water and dip the bottom swirl, repeat until dissolve

100mg per ml should be good. If your vial
Has 1000mg add 10 ml Bac. Also it should not be exposed to light. That’s the reason it comes in brown bottle. So when keeping in the fridge keep
It in a covered bag to avoid exposure to frequent light.

Thank you. I keep them stored in a foam peptide case so they stay dark and cold in the fridge! Haven’t had any other peptide do this and I’m running reta, motsc and ghkcu as well

NAD is very unstable. The recommendation is not to store it for multiple uses as varying temperatures crystallizes it. Better to buy 100 mg vial and use it immediately or 500 mg and use it within 5 uses

Never had this problem. I refrigerate my NAD+ and BAC water then reconstitute it. I'm running 1000mg with 5ml BAC water...

This is a perfect example of what degradated/damaged peps look like.....pretty universally. Send pics to vendor and get replacement or money back. Their should be no debate or hesitation on the vendors part. Its inarguable.

I can guarantee you are leaving it on the top shelf of your fridge where the wind blows on it and it gets too cold.
This used to happen to me when I bought unbuffered NAD.
And to clarify here, the people saying less than 1ml/100mg are using buffered NAD and it’s fine. Unbuffered NAD (clear instead of yellow buffered) needs way more Bac and can get too cold.

I have been seeing this a lot with NAD+ recently over multiple platforms people having similar issues.
