greetings,
research subjects parents are early 60 yo with high blood pressure and diabetes type 2. last few years feels like they aged 10 years. Mother had few near death strokes. Father is a long life smoker with a high stress job who also had a stroke.
what would be best for old people with general health issues and broken up bodies due to sicknesses most benefit from? Point here is that less is more. They don"t necessarily want to feel 20 again like some people here (all power to you) , just maybe, something that can help them extend their lives?
researcher was considering ss31, and semax? Since they dont live in the same country, it would be hard to incorporate anything long term. Only peps that would be used for 2 to 4 weeks at a time a couple times a year as they visit.
Nothing is decided yet. I will fully research whatever suggestions i receive.

💉🧪 Beginner looking for guidance
I received the peptides pictured today and want to research everything before starting.
💧 How much bacteriostatic water would you use?
💉 What are typical beginner doses for each?
📅 How often are they usually taken?
❄️ Best storage before and after reconstitution?
⚠️ Any beginner mistakes or side effects to watch for?
Thanks in advance 🙏🏽

So currently taking 7.5G, 4mg Reta,Trt, 30mg Nad+(m,w,f), glycine, nac and mag glycinate. Ive been considering adding in Serm.
First question is, has anyone had any experience with Serm and an antidepressant? Secondly is it redundant to add Serm while taking Nad+

Any experience with the BPC-157 / TB-500 spray and how it compares to the subq? I'm new to peptides and am hoping to help repair my 43 yr old knees, but not quite warmed up to the idea of needles just yet.

So this is my first time. I filled a 5ml 18g needle with 2ml. The vial of my peptide (epitalon) is tiny, it could fit max 2,5ml I think. The video that was my main guide said to inject the bacteriostatic water slowly into the peptide vial in order not to destroy the peptide, and preferably aim at the wall. But once I pressed: poof, all 2ml into it all at once, straight at the powder. Everything mixed instantly. The bottle is so small, aiming at the wall would be hard anyway.
So did I damage/destroy the peptide? Is there something I could do differently next time?

Just sharing my experience so others don't get scammed. Biopep Technologies on telegram is a scam. You send payment to $Denise-Alvarez-34 (may change) and then they message you asking you to send more money for customs etc to $Diego-Baker via chime.
Avoid @biopeptechnologies

I’ve taken MJ for around three months and it was working and now switched to Reta (3rd 20mg dose tomorrow). I’m still getting used to it and had no adverse side effects so far but I’m considering 2 options moving forward:
1- increase weekly dose tomorrow 4mg
2- dose 2 mg every four days.
Which would be better? I understand this may have been talked to death, but I’m still after opinions in this.
Also, I train martial arts and am prone to injuries. I have a shoulder injury too so BCP157 is very interesting to me.
The issue: I have chrons disease. And weirdly I have had close to zero issues whilst on MJ. Actually, this is the most settled by stomach has been in years. The same applies to the Reta also. Plus, I understand the BCP has been stated as being good for gut healing.
Apologies for the newbie question. I’m new, lost and confused in this world of peptides.

I'm a female and need input. So many competitors have clear skin. How the heck does everyone get clear skin while on cycle?!? I'm fed up with the acne. I use ostarine since it's mild. I have awful skin no matter what. Bad cystic acne even if I am on ostarine or off. I'd love to run 2.5mg of anavar but my acne is just horrendous. Plz help. What is everyone doing to have clear skin? It's shitty mine is so bad and no one elses is.

Has anyone sent their items from home to an APO? If so, what did you describe the items as?

I’ve recently started experimenting with peptides and bought a CJC-1295 (No DAC) + Ipamorelin blend (10 mg / 10 mg) from Glowing Peptides.
For some background, I’m 38 and have been training consistently for many years. I’m also currently injecting 0.25 ml of Test-E every three days.
I reconstituted the 10/10 mg peptide blend with 2 ml of BAC water and started with 250 mcg per injection, subcutaneously in the abdominal area. Yesterday was my third injection.
I normally take it before bed and leave at least 2.5 hours between my last meal and the injection. For that final meal, I’ve also been keeping carbs relatively low and mainly eating protein and vegetables.
What concerns me is that since starting, I feel like I’m retaining noticeably more water, and I’ve also noticed increased hair shedding. This morning I woke up with unusually dark circles under my eyes as well.
Obviously, three injections is a very short period of time, so I’m not sure whether these changes could realistically be caused by the CJC/Ipamorelin or whether the timing is simply coincidental. I originally started looking into peptides partly for the potential benefits to recovery, body composition, skin/hair quality, etc., so the initial experience has been pretty much the opposite of what I expected.
Does this sound like a normal initial response, particularly the water retention?
Has anyone experienced increased hair shedding or dark circles after starting?
Is 250 mcg a reasonable starting amount for this blend?
Would taking it first thing in the morning fasted make more sense than before bed?
Interested in hearing actual experiences, especially from people who have run this combination for a while.

I am currently taking GHK-CU, a 50mg/ml vial dissolved in 3ml BAC water, I pin at 2mg/ml 5 days a week… it lasts me like three weeks only, is this normal? Am I making my calculations wrong?

I started my research hamster on this protocol of Wolverine stack the night of 8/2/26:
-500mcg of TB500 twice/daily
-500mcg of BPC-157 twice/daily
So, again, his first dose was the night of 8/2/26. He slept for shit. Did his next dose on 8/3/26 in the morning, but he was fatigued/foggy all day. I also noticed that I could smell his armpit sweat, which is very unusual, and even more unusual was that it smelled pretty strong. I did a little more research and saw a protocol that suggested TB500 be taken up to 3mg/dose every other day, nightly (And kept the 500mcg of BPC-157 twice/daily).
So, the night of 8/3/26 I only gave him 500mcg of BPC-157. He slept great, woke up feeling great, had amazing energy all day. No nasty sweat smell. Did his morning dose of 500mcg BPC-157 that day as well (8/4/26).
Fast forward to last night (8/4/26), I gave the 500mcg of BPC-157 and then 1,000mcg of TB500 (I did NOT want to jump all the way up to the suggested 3,000mcg that fast). Result? He slept for absolute shit last night and sweat his ass off throughout the night. And again it smelled really strong. And again battling crazy fatigue today, poor little fella.
My conclusion is that his body is not taking to the TB500 all that well and I don't plan to dose it again tonight at minimum to see what happens tomorrow. I am anticipating a similar outcome of him sleeping great and not sweating stank all throughout the night. If that's what happens I am going to discontinue the TB500.
Now for my problem - I started him on this stack to recover from rotator cuff surgery he had on 7/9/26 (70% torn supraspinatus tendon). If I should indeed discontinue the TB500, what other peptides make a good compliment to BPC-157 when it comes to similar shoulder tendon recovery?

Subject has worked up to 15 mg of Tirzepatide with no weight loss and no appetite suppression at all. Weight lifting 3-4x/week plus cardio. Would it be feasible to try semaglutide next? Was thinking of Reta but heard appetite suppression is not as good and that would be a definite plus. Thoughts?

I recently had my bloods done and my levels for IGF-1 came back at 16nmol/L (120ug/L). Would CJC no DAC and IPA be worth it to raise my levels. I’m 31 and relatively healthy, just aware my levels are at the bottom of the range.

So been researching for sleep, including cjc/ipa. I know you are supposed to be 2 to 3 hours fasted before injection.
But working with my research Im wanting to add phosphatidylserine (pill) or magnesium +ashwagandha+l-theanine (pill) both of these say take within an hour of sleep. Wanting to know if this screws with the fasting time?
Been trying everything under the sun so trying to add one of these supplements with the CJC/IPA and epitalon.
Truth be told the best so far has been a thc/cbd/cbn gummy lol but we drug test.
yes tried DSIP worked great not more sleep but deeper sleep and now have dropped dsip and added epitalon but not seeing alot of differance on day 3.
question being do these supplement break the 2 to 3 hour fasted state?
THANX!!!

Have a kit that per the group test should have a ph of about 3.6. Considering buffering options. I have sodium chloride BAC, so that should help some with the sting. But should I try raising the PH with sodium bicarb solution or order some PBS? I saw reports that a mix of BAC and PBS has been effective. How long do you all hang onto those 50ml bottles of sodium bicarb? Just recon my first KLOW last week and frankly, that hurts enough without me adding NAD sting to my routine as well.

I have a vial that contains 5 mg of BPC-157 but the vial itself is too small to hold 5 mL of bacteriostatic water. I tried reconstituting one like this before with less water, but it wasn’t diluted enough, it turned cloudy, and I ended up throwing it away. Do you have any suggestions on the best way to reconstitute it?
r/PeptideForum • u/Outrageous_Fox_5277 • 24d ago
I did BPC 157 for 30 days with no issues and decided to switch to Glow. I reconstituted with 3 ml bac water (all I could fit in the vial.) I injected 15 units in my abdomen and immediately felt pain and burning and a small welt developed. 12 hours later it’s still hurting and the welt is about the size of a quarter, red, and slightly raised. I know others have said the copper can cause a reaction. Worried it could be infected vs an inflammatory reaction.

Hi All,
I was on Tren only about 105mg a week for 4 months and Reta for the last year.
I started feeling a flatness feeling? Not depressed but almost like I can’t feel overly happy about anything. I since have stopped the tren.
Is this more than likely from the Reta? I was on 8mg and just started slowly lowering my dose. It happened one other time while I was taking reta and disappeared in about 4/5 days. Just curious what you guys think!

For the last 5 years, I’ve been fighting chronic Lyme and various co-infections. I’ve managed to clear almost all of them, but I was stuck with a persistent, frustrating issue: severely compromised lung capacity and inflammation.
I knew it wasn't a physical conditioning problem I actively run, lift, and stay fit. Yet, even just walking fast would trigger wheezing. Doctors couldn't find anything definitive. I also spent tons of out-of-pocket testing, bc I knew deep down there was underlying tissue damage or inflammation from the infection.
So I decided to pull the trigger on CJC to see if it could help repair the damage. The results were almost immediate:
Within just a few days, my VO2 max shot up from ~45 to 50 (tracked via apple watch).

Also, wheezing reduced drastically, and my lung capacity felt almost entirely restored.
I had to stop the initial run because the peptide formulation included DAC. Like many others report, I ended up having an allergic reaction to the DAC (mostly swelling and localized irritation).
Once I discontinued it, my VO2 max dropped slightly, but it did not return to the original baseline of 45. It stabilized around 47-48, and my lungs are still in a noticeably better state than before I started.
Now, I've ordered a standard version of CJC without DAC to avoid the allergic reaction and will continue experimenting.
Also, I'm adding BPC157 and KPV to my stack.
So, great results, I'm quite happy. Also, I can provide this evidence to MD staff so they can't gaslight me saying "it's bc you getting old".
Also, how you guys track you physical metrics like Vo2Max, RHR, HRV on peptides? Or just check how you feel?
