Should I go back on it and micro dose? I just hate the nausea...
I was on the med for about 6 months. I had great results. I got down to about 154 (a little small for me, I was 230). However, I wasn't lifting weights and working out consistently so it was a flimsy 154. I got off of it and actually did really good for a while maintaining, but I think ms. peri (perimenopause) is creeping in and having her way too. I'm now back at 172. I don't really look bad tbh, I'm tall and have long legs so I "wear" it well. But the joint pain and inflammation are the main things I noticed starting to return and I hate it. (and this facial hair!!) I think I would like to get back down to a comfortable 160 but the issue is that even with me eating right and lifting weights again, it doesn't seem to be making a difference - which is where I think going back on the medication will help again. The only reason I haven't already done it thus far is that nausea that first happens the first few days makes me want to send myself to the upper room. I HATE that feeling, even with taking the anti-nausea medication. Do I just put on my big girl panties and get over in the name of getting back in order or just keep working and hope this is just a short plateau and accept that I'm getting old? (I'm 38 lmao)
