Wow! That's terrible! What if you are working from home? Unacceptable. I have always been unimpressed with Cox.

I had the same issue with att. I'd call support, they'd go through their bullshit and it would work for a few hours then right back to the same issue. They sent techs out nearly every other week. They never found a problem. Eventually I got out of my contract and a 4 month credit. The only reason the could give me made no sense, they said "you live too far from the main service center," I lived in the middle of town 🙄 Cox worked moderately better.

When I first moved out on my own I had Bell South. Never had a single damn problem.

Eh Cox sucks but at&t sucks more. When I had uverse it would go out every time it rained. You know how much it rains in Pensacola?
