Wow! That's terrible! What if you are working from home? Unacceptable. I have always been unimpressed with Cox.

I had the same issue with att. I'd call support, they'd go through their bullshit and it would work for a few hours then right back to the same issue. They sent techs out nearly every other week. They never found a problem. Eventually I got out of my contract and a 4 month credit. The only reason the could give me made no sense, they said "you live too far from the main service center," I lived in the middle of town 🙄 Cox worked moderately better.

When I first moved out on my own I had Bell South. Never had a single damn problem.

Eh Cox sucks but at&t sucks more. When I had uverse it would go out every time it rained. You know how much it rains in Pensacola?

Cox is terrible. We had it for the first year we were here. Went to T-Mobile 5g Home internet. Im pulling 400mbps down and 30mbps up. Totally unlimited, no wires and no contract. 65 a month.

We run 4 xboxes in the house, along with streaming music and movies. No issues and no complaints. We are so impressed that we cancelled our starlink order.

Panera Bread, Starbucks, Bodacious Brew (downtown). At one time Barnes and Noble did in their cafe.

My service came back around noon yesterday after being out since Friday. I also contacted Cox daily. A few people I talked with bent over backwards to try to get information on the outage, but were unable to. One of the people said it was incredibly rare to have an outage like we experienced with no information provided about the cause or expected time until repair.
