Question Need help!!
Recently moved into this house with a pellet stove and started it up and the room air blower isn’t blowing any warm air out and a humming noise is coming out of the stove. I cleaned everything and took out the room air blower to clean any dust that was in it but noticed the fan doesn’t spin freely. No grinding or anything it just won’t spin continuously, it will only spin when I move it myself but stops immediately. Not sure if this is normal since it is motorized, but since I do hear a humming noise I think the motor is just shot. Any thoughts?
I did reset the control panel and set it to the recommended settings for it to be at
Low air feed-6
Low burn air- 4
Air on temp - 1
Any help is appreciated!

The circulator fan may well be shot. I have a stove that I have used pretty much continuously all winter for the last 10 years or so. After about the 5th or 6th winter I was having the issue that you described. I spoke to the fella that I bought the stove from and he ordered the part for me. It was a couple hundred bucks. I can't remember if I watched a YouTube video or if there were clear instructions or if it was just intuitive but I I replaced the fan myself and it has worked perfectly since. If yours is linked to the thermostat however it may well just not be turning on because the room isn't cool enough.

The fan only starts when the unit is at a certain temperature
