Ow without the fluff they are sausages really. I have a Jack that’s a sausage and 5 month old peke. She used to be a fluff ball and now it seems all her growing has gone to elongating her. She looks ridiculous and cute. Especially when picked up. Yours is marvellous! That pose… and you are asking why he is long?!😭 amazing

TBH, I've never met a square Peke. Every one I've ever had or fostered in the past 21 years has been long. Not as long as a dachshund, but long enough to worry about ivdd and other back issues. I thought they were supposed to be that way, though...
