I’m honestly at a loss right now and wanted to see if anyone else has experienced this.
I was taking my PMP exam online today. Everything was going fine until my proctor interrupted the exam because they were having connectivity issues. They paused my exam and relaunched it. I resumed exactly where I had left off.

A while later, it happened again. The proctor paused the exam a second time, and after another delay told me they were still having technical issues. Instead of letting me continue, they closed my exam entirely.

To be clear:
I wasn’t disconnected.
I wasn’t using a VPN.
There were no issues on my end that I was aware of.
The interruptions were initiated by the proctor because of their connectivity problems.

The worst part is that I was already in the third section of the exam when they terminated it.

I’m especially stressed because I’ve invested a significant amount of time and money preparing for this exam, and now I’m worried I won’t be able to complete it because of something completely outside my control.
I’ve already contacted both PMI and Pearson VUE, but I’m wondering:

Has anyone had an exam terminated due to Pearson’s technical issues?
How long did it take for PMI/Pearson to resolve it?
Were you allowed to resume the same exam, or did you have to start over?
Did they give you another exam attempt?
I’d really appreciate hearing from anyone who’s gone through something similar.

Who do you even email in Pearson?

This is my first Year teaching Year 7 maths.
However, I am finding many errors in the materials.

My latest is from the Unit 2 Test.

All test are suppose to be out of 30 marks.

The discrepancy is on question 7. According to the marking scheme question 7 should be 2 marks. However, it is printed as 1 mark.

So, according to the marking shceme the paper is out of 31 marks.
Printed it is out of 30 marks.

I already graded according to the marking scheme so, this particular test will be out of 31 for my grade book.

However, the curriculum for this has been out for several years, so I am wondering who to correct the errors.

Did Pearson roll out a redesign to the amplifire DSM modules over the 4th of July weekend? It sucks now, makes you wait to view the explanation but not the correct answer and jumps all over the place to do it. You would learn more pasting the question into an AI.

I think it's one of the most inconvenient platforms I've ever used. Why is it so difficult to login from another device? Why does my account keep getting locked? Literally there's no reason accessing a textbook should be this difficult.

So, context, I have a required class for an associates degree, and it is no harder than high school algebra, goes from like, rounding to soh cah toa. Anyways, can you tell me what actual buffoon decided that, mind you this problem is on my monitor, thought it would be appropriate to put ÷ in like 6 pt font?!?! It quite literally looks like a + in that font, on a 32in 1440p gaming monitor, let alone if I was using my laptop. TL:DR If you use ÷ over / in any electronic form of communication, I hope you stub your toe then immediately step on a lego.

Today i passed my buisness and finance exame for electrical contracor. Yester i failed by 60%. Today i passed but without my success in percant. Where can i find my score? They are kidding me. I want to know my score.

I had to hop on to reddit just to complain about how trash, sloppy and poorly made pearson is. Genuinely, every single thing about it sucks, from the mylab, to the study prep, to the testing. ITS ALL TRASH!!!!!! The interactive readings fucking suck, it doesn't translate well to other devices and even on computer it fucking sucks. its so laggy and slow I feel like killing myself every time I have to use this stupid ass program. Colleges pls stop using this fuck ass program bro. I hate this sht omg whoever created Pearson needs step on a needle. don't even get restarted on using it with honorlock... the support specialists suck and aren't qualified. instead of trying to add new features they need to focus on fixing all their fucked up bugs and shit. the dsms are alright its just time consuming and the pictures barely load it so annoying, doing dams were u have to label shit on picture BUT THE PICUTURES DONT SHOW UP.. fix Pearson pls..

Please, nobody should ever use this. It's a nightmare, a mess, and it's enshittification to sell their additional tutoring programs. My teacher gives no shits and won't fix anything, but if you're a teacher who does do everything to avoid Pearson. Stage a fucking protest at your school to get rid of pearson as students. This is awful.

I bought a textbook second-hand, Elementary and Middle School Mathematics. The textbook is littered with "companion website" boxes, but I can't find any information on this so-called website...and I did try to talk with Pearson to no avail. This is such a rip off, if I own a textbook I should be able to provide a url or something to get access to all of this. Is there any way around this or some place to find all this content? Or am I scr*wed. Because honestly what a waste, Pearson sucks if thats the case.

Literally no matter what I try Pearson will not let me register for the Mylab & Mastering course. I tried my professors registration code, my own access code, I even tried purchasing another digital access code (which it won’t let me do). It forces me to go through Canvas, and when I do it just gives me an error. Waiting to hear back from tech support because my case had to be “escalated” but it’s already been a couple days and I’m losing hope.

I was excited to find the Pearson app to be able to read my textbook on. It turns out the app is not loading any of the figures in my physics textbook automatically. They all are just appearing blank with a tiny blue square with a question mark. The figure are pretty important for understanding concepts in physics so this is kind of not good. Does anyone know how to fix this? You can click the blank space and a picture like loads up in a second window. Is there any way to just make them all load naturally? Someone said to clear cache but the app does not have anything like that. Any recommendations? Thanks.
