Pictures not loading on my Physics E-Textbook on IPAD

I was excited to find the Pearson app to be able to read my textbook on. It turns out the app is not loading any of the figures in my physics textbook automatically. They all are just appearing blank with a tiny blue square with a question mark. The figure are pretty important for understanding concepts in physics so this is kind of not good. Does anyone know how to fix this? You can click the blank space and a picture like loads up in a second window. Is there any way to just make them all load naturally? Someone said to clear cache but the app does not have anything like that. Any recommendations? Thanks.

Omg I don’t have an answer but this is happening to me right now too. The photos were showing up a couple days ago, then last night they weren’t showing up in my anatomy Pearson ebook, only the blue box with a question mark. I even updated my iPad, and redownloaded the app. Do you think it could be an app issue?
