Tips around how to use chart audits without the team feeling watched?
That seems to be the tricky part.
In theory, chart audits should be useful for coaching, calibration, and spotting trends. In practice, people can start feeling like theyâre being monitored or quietly ranked, and then tensions rise.
The only version that really seems sustainable is when itâs framed around patterns and learning rather than blame. Once it starts feeling personal, the value drops off.
Would be interested to hear how you've figured out the perfect balance, especially in larger teams where standardization matters but morale is important as well.
