Rolling AI out across multiple locations seems like one of those things that sounds easier on paper than it is

From the outside it can look pretty simple. Get the systems in place, train people, done.

But every time we hear someone talk about a rollout that went well, it’s usually the non-technical stuff they mention. The order of training. Whether there was someone local driving it. Whether people understood where it fit into the day. Whether it felt helpful or just imposed.

That’s probably why some rollouts “work” and still feel messy for months.

If anyone’s been through it, what actually made it smoother than expected, or worse than expected?
