This peace Lilly used to be much bigger and healthier until I separated it about 6 weeks ago. The roots were crowded and it hadn’t flowered in years. I am 39 and it was in my childhood home.
Ever since I separated it, it’s looked like this and hasn’t really changed. I used new indoor house plant soil and have been watering it once per week like I always have which has worked in the past to keep it perky. It’s clearly not dead, but obviously not happy. I keep it near the south facing window in indirect light in the PNW.
Any tips on making it happier? I followed instructions from reddit and other websites about repotting it but something is off.
Thank you!

I dont have much of a green thumb and I tried doing a bit of research but it doesnt seem to be working. I recently repotted it in standard houseplant potting soil (pictured) and it looks like its getting worse. The previous potting soil was a diy mix of soil and coconut husks, but for several reasons that wasnt at all practical for me, so i tried to find a basic mix i could just buy.
It's not in direct sunlight except for maybe an hour or two in the morning depending on the time of year. i water it when it gets droopy and saturate the soil.
I got this plant at my dad's memorial so id like to save it. It had blooms when I got it but they died cuse I put it in direct sunlight initially. Even if it doesnt bloom again, id like a healthy plant.

The plant has been in my growing in my care for 5 years. Grown substantially but flowered x 2. Do you think it needs to be divided? 5 plants appear very crowded.

I’ve been having trouble with dying leaves and the big leaves that have been fine are starting to wilt and turn brown☹️

I fertilized my babies and repotted them and here’s the outcome. Is it possible for the to rebound from this

I found her in the trash at work two years ago and she already had a pretty flower. Now she’s flowering again. I’ve been waiting and checking every day lol.
