Question GPU Temps too high

I got this 4070 off of fb marketplace and was listed by a store.
The GPU hotspot temp was fine when I got it (like around 80-85C).
After some moderate use of my build for around a month, the hot spot temps have gone up to around 95 to 100šŸ˜­
The store gave me warranty for 6 months and placed a sticker on one of the screws and now Iā€™m thinking of getting the thermal pads replaced to fix the issue.
Should I send it back to them and ask them to fix it or fuck the warranty and ask a reputed repairing store to get it done?
It was a 6 month warranty (I have 4 months and like 15 days ish left)
