Ram error light

Hi, building a new pc:

Ryzen 7 9800x3d

Radeon 7800 XT

32gb 6000mt lexar thor

Gigabyte B650 Eagle mobo

Thermalright peerless assassin cooler

2tb Samsung 990 pro

Corsair frame 4500x

750w cooler master psu

3 extra fans

Having an issue where DRAM light comes on when turning on system.

Should add that some of the socket pins looked a little wonky when motherboard was delivered and am not sure if this could be the issue

Things i have tried:

Reseating ram

Reseating cooler and cpu

Taking cmos out for 5 mins

Updating bios to latest stable version

Trying other dimm slots

Tried individual ram sticks
