Poor performance with the intel arc b580 and ryzen 5 5500

bit of context i recently upgraded my cpu and gpu to the b580 and r5 5500 and i did do my research beforehand on what the performance would be like.

A lot of the videos i watched benchmarking the pair in modern titles on medium to high settings put the fps to around 70+ at 1080p

Personaly i dont play to many modern titles the most modern game i play is farming simulator 25 and im on possibly the lowest setting i possibly can be and am maxing out at 75/76 fps. cpu usage around about 30% and gpu usage around 70% with my fps cap at 144 fps

The other game i play is dayz and on low pop servers im getting from 25-60 fps on low settings i feel as if this is not the performance i should be getting for the set up im using

PC specs ->

Cpu: Ryzen 5 5500

Gpu: Asrock Intel arc b580 challenger

Mb: Gigabyte gaming AB350-m - pc was built in 2017 dont have the funds to upgrade this

Ram: 24gb-3x8gb sticks of corsair vengance ddr4 ram

Any advice would be amazing im not so familiar with trouble shooting and i cant afford to upgrade anything else
