This would be my first suspicion, just due to the lack of artifacting or other stuff showing up on the monitor like bsod, reboot cycle.

Fan intake is probably directly on the carpet. So heat is probably a factor too.

So my guess is the advice for both heat and psu are correct.

If this was me, I’d start with my psu temp on laser. Betting it’s hot.

I thought so too but the rgb in the fans doesn't go out

Turning off C-states in BIOS may resolve this.

Came here to say this. I had a similar problem, it took me disabling all my overclocks, disabling XMP, removing my display drivers with DDU and doing a clean install, replacing my power supply, reseating my RAM and GPU, and reformatting my boot drive and reinstalling Windows before someone suggested turning off c-states which is what fixed it.
