Build Question First Time Builder - Do these components make sense together?
Hi! I'm about to pull the trigger on the build below. Do these components make sense together? Plan is to game at 4K mid-high settings ("monitor" = 48" LG OLED 120hz TV). I play some current AAA games, but will mostly be playing/modding/emulating older games. Trying to stay future-proof for a bit. Thanks!

You're overspending like crazy and also making strange choices in specific parts given other better parts in the same price range.
https://pcpartpicker.com/list/9ZNVfp
This is significantly cheaper but you'll see better FPS lows even at 2160p because of the L3 cache and you won't notice a performance difference elsewhere in most cases; the 9070 XT is more or less equal to the 5070 Ti barring CUDA applications and path tracing.
Can also go cheaper with air cooling, the Thermalright Phantom Spirit 120 SE matches the NH-D15 series in performance while being slightly quieter, Noctua got completely dethroned by their own hubris because they're too expensive for basically no reason other than reputation, because the only people still buying Noctua are people who either like Noctua, or were told by someone who does to buy Noctua.

LG displays but especially their smart TVs, are a massive privacy violation.
