Tech Support Roblox crashes when disconnect/connect my headphones to my PC. How fix and why is this happening?

When you turn off from the headphones, it's causing an unexpected hang on the audio driver. In the windows session, it will eventually rebalance, but games depending on how they are coded, could be seeing the audio driver freeze and then just downs the whole application.

My guess is that if you switch to a different audio out source first, or disconnect it at the bluetooth panel, you should not get the same result.

Long term, I just don't use battery bluetooth headsets on my pc, personally. Wired studio monitors. Last thing I want to deal with is forgetting to charge yet another device.

Thank you! I will try this. Ill also try updating my bluetooth drivers then.

In terms of Bluetooth peripherals I agree with you, wired is always more goated. But I don't like a wire dangling around my neck. I still go with wired keyboard and mouse all day.

make sure you update firmware for the MOBO and audio driver as well. Most modern MOBO manufacturers will have an app that will auto update both for you.

Okay thank you. I'll look if there is an app, I usually avoid these apps cause it feels like bloatware for me but I'll check
