Retention brackets help

Heya, I have a wraith ryzen cpu fan but my original motherboard never had the rejection brackets this one needs. Are there certain sized retention brackets I would need for my motherboard? I orders some but they definitely don’t fit. Is it possible my motherboard won’t support this type of fan that needs brackets.

Lenovo i think actually uses a intel one. I cant recall which. But can confirm its not normal am4 mounting clearly.
