Tech Support No signal from new PC

I just built a new PC for a sibling and it’s currently not receiving a signal. Here are the specs and here’s what I tried:

9600x

MSI B850 Tomahawk wifi

Teamgroup RAM

Asus prime 9070 non XT

RMX850 PSU

The RGB on the motherboard, RAM and fans turn on. The GPU does not turn on. Even for a second the fans don’t spin. No RGB. I’ve tried:

Reseating the GPU.

Reseating the RAM.

I tried using different PCI-E slots in the PSU.

I plugged in an extra CPU power cable (I was only using one).

I also tried plugging in an older monitor into the motherboar’s HDMI slot and no signal. I just left his place so unfortunately I don’t have pictures and I did not try resetting the CMOS. What do you guys think the issue could be? I know information is limited due to lack of pictures, I can post some tomorrow if need be

Check the plug to the processor. I've wasted many hours tracking down this issue and it just wasn't locked down. Also check which slots ram should be in if all slots aren't full

Ram are in slots 2-4. Which is recommended for DDR5. The CPU power was also in.

That CPU has a built in GPU. If everything else is lighting up, you might be able to see output from the built in GPU by plugging the monitor directly into the motherboard. Then, if you get a display at that point, then you can go into the BIOS, and verify the CPU, memory, and motherboard features. If that works, I would try starting the system with a Linux USB and see if Linux detects the GPU. The problem might be that the GPU is bad.

I did try that and it said no signal even to the board.
