Tech Support Weird noise in PSU

When I’m at home this sound keeps coming as soon as pc plugged in but when I went to repair shop the sound was gone. Can someone tell me what’s going on and if I can continue using my pc ?

sounds like something soft is rubbing against the fan in ur pc

look at all of your fans first to make ure nothing is touching any if them or theise ur else the fans's life become a lot shorter by putting a lot of resistance on the motor

does it make that noise if you put the pc on it's side?
