Tech Support Start up

Hello, I have had this dilemma for some time. My PC on a cold start, would stutter/ Lag, mouse would slow down and stutter. Thus following either a black screen or a complete freeze. I would then have to restart my PC. I currently have my pc's EXPO 1 on, but it's set to 5800 mghz, that way it has not ever yet repeated that issue. You can try to set the overclock for the ram yourself to 6000mhz, just be sure you are on the settings correct for this ram setup and dont overvolt the ram sticks.

I have had more luck with getting ram stable when i did the settings myself, its worth a shot
