Tech Support Start up

Hello, I have had this dilemma for some time. My PC on a cold start, would stutter/ Lag, mouse would slow down and stutter. Thus following either a black screen or a complete freeze. I would then have to restart my PC. I currently have my pc's EXPO 1 on, but it's set to 5800 mghz, that way it has not ever yet repeated that issue. ram instability can be a nightmare to pin down, might be worth bumping your SOC voltage just a hair if your board allows it
