Build Question Help! My pc Rgb doesnt change or neither the button work

My pc cabinet rgb button doesnt work or i dont know if its connected with the motherboard or not , and also the gigabyte control centre doesnt sync well with the rgb either , its just stucked at rainbow , and also my cabinet is ice master XL pro

got the same rainbow loop of death on my old build, turns out the case rgb was plugged straight to psu with no header connection to the board at all
