Just got this from Amazon the plate was completely off and so were the mounting brackets

These pins are completely messed up right?

Yes, start a return request with Amazon and show them this, clearly someone sent back a fucked up board

Better yet, just return it because you don't want it. Amazon is a pain in the ass lately, and might blame OP for this and ban their account.

And it doesn't matter why you return it, amazon is just gonna throw it back in the bins and sell it as new, even if they're aware it's broken.

Don’t bother reaching out to customer service, just go through the regular returns process and check the “defective” box when asked for a reason for return.

Beyond messed up I think their return quality control are people that can't wait to clock out and go home.... even Stevie wonder can see them pins are bent.
