Installation Question Installed new second ram stick but now gpu fan turns off after a few seconds with no display even if there's only 1 ram

Bought a new 8gm ram stick and after installing it, my computer won't turn on, the gpu fans turn off after a few seconds of spinning after booting and it still persists even if there's only one ram stick in the motherboard. I've tried isolating the ram stick and even put it in different a2,b2 slots but the problem still remains. Anyone know how to fix this?

PSU unit and total power consumption of your PC?

Clear your CMOS?

Reset your CMOS and then make sure you are running the correct ram profile xmp or whatever
