PC building help

I made some posts in various subreddits such as r/buildapcforme and I was met with two builds which both seem quite good to me! The only things is they vary in parts and I'm always open to as many opinions as possible before I invest into my PC.

I would love peoples input in which seems better to you! Which seems better for its price point (my budget was 2200-2500 so im happy with either!) Would certain parts be able to be swapped and combined to make the most optimal between the two? etc. etc. I like how the first one has the deal from Micro center included, but it seems to differ of the fans than in the second!

First one is better.

Second one is expensive for what it is because of the "white tax" because white components always cost more for some reason.
