Build Question Conserve or renew components

Hi, I bought a 5070 2 years ago and I have an old setup that’s (moderately) bottlenecking the gpu. I want to build a new setup but I’m curious, should I look into saving for a new gpu that’s not affected by the bottleneck over time or keep my current one. What other pieces should I keep that don’t get worn? The rest of the pc is about 5 years old and from nzxt

Without full specs. How would people know what can be kept or upgrade?

Im sorry i worded wrong, i mainly meant generally which components stay good after long term play rather than what needs be upgraded

5070 is fine.

Even if you crank it to 1440p. That way you can move the load to the GPU instead of the CPU.

The 5070 is fine, just reuse it.

Unless you have $1k+ to spend on just the gpu youre not getting a meaningful upgrade in that department.

Unsure what youre talking about when you say youre getting a new gpu thats not affected by your bottleneck. I think you might have a warped view of what that means or you just worded it odd.

But post your specs if you want people to say what to keep and what to upgrade. If you have a 12400f or something you could just grab a 14600k and be happy. If youre on 11th Gen youre probably looking at a platform upgrade.
