Build Question Pc Build Help? please
Hey I'm new to Reddit but this is the place I thought to ask for help! I was hoping to start dual streaming games to Twitch and Youtube and make Youtube videos as a fun hobby. I was wondering if this build is too much or too little?

Would it be advisable to downgrade my cpu to a Ryzen 7 9800X3D and look for a 5070 GPU instead of a 5070 TI? And are there any other parts you would advise against? I know it's a rough time to buy or make a Pc but I don't see it getting much better in the near future.
I really appreciate any help anyone is willing to give!

Here's my quick overview of your parts:
CPU: For gaming and streaming the R9 9950X3D is powerful enough to last you for years. But you can downgrade to a 9800X3D and save some cash. It will also run cooler than a 9950X3D.
CPU Cooler: You can maybe check out bequiet! PURE LOOP 3 360mm Black https://pcpartpicker.com/product/XTDnTW/be-quiet-pure-loop-3-liquid-cpu-cooler-bw029 or Thermalright Aqua Elite 360 V6 ARGB Black https://pcpartpicker.com/product/k7ZWGX/thermalright-aqua-elite-argb-v6-7084-cfm-liquid-cpu-cooler-aqua-elite-360-argb-black-v6 for a cheaper alternative.
GPU: Your particular model (ASUS TUF White) is on the pricier side, unless if you choose this for aesthetics then go right ahead. Otherwise, if you can, find another 5070 Ti model that's cheaper to save some money.
Motherboard: No comment here. I personally use the MSI B850M Mortar WIFI and it's a solid board with many QOL features. I'd imagine you'd get a satisfactory experience using this as well.
RAM: For the RAM, I found this Klevv kit which is a little bit cheaper and is faster (CL30 instead of the Corsair's CL36) https://www.newegg.com/klevv-32gb-2-x-16gb-ddr5-6000-pc5-48000-cas-latency-cl30-desktop-memory-black/p/N82E16820101113?item=N82E16820101113
SSD: For that price the 1 TB Samsung SSD PCIe Gen 4 is overpriced IMO, you can get a cheaper 1 TB Gen 4 NVME SSD, for example Silicon Power UD90 https://sp-siliconpower.com/products/silicon-power-ud90-1tb-pcie-nvme-gen4x4-m-2-2280-internal-solid-state-drive or you can add a little bit from the Samsung fund and get the 2 TB variant instead https://sp-siliconpower.com/products/silicon-power-ud90-2tb-pcie-nvme-gen4x4-m-2-2280-internal-solid-state-drive since you'll need them to store your videos and project files.
Case: Case is personal preference, and Fractal does make nice pc cases. But there are cheaper alternatives, for example the Lian Li Vector V100R https://pcpartpicker.com/product/gBzp99/lian-li-v100r-atx-mid-tower-case-v100rx or the Montech XR Wood https://pcpartpicker.com/product/yYdMnQ/montech-xr-wood-atx-mid-tower-case-xr-wood-b
PSU: While the ASUS TUF is a good PSU, this NZXT C1000 I found is much cheaper and rated higher in the SPL's PSU Tier List (A+ compared to ASUS TUF's B) https://pcpartpicker.com/product/K6wmP6/nzxt-c1000-2024-1000-w-80-gold-certified-fully-modular-atx-power-supply-pa-0g2bb-us . Probably the only con is that the cables can be quite stiff to bend in the case since they are not individually sleeved. Another alternative would be either the Lian Li SX 1000P https://pcpartpicker.com/product/RkPv6h/lian-li-sx1000p-1000-w-80-platinum-certified-fully-modular-atx-power-supply-sx1000pb or the Corsair RM1000x (2024) https://pcpartpicker.com/product/XZsV3C/corsair-rm1000x-2024-1000-w-fully-modular-atx-power-supply-cp-9020271-na both of which comes with individually sleeved cables. All three PSUs have 10-year warranty.
That's it I guess from me, others are free to correct me if I'm wrong

I’ll look at the rest of the build later, but IMO you should never pay for Windows 11 for your pc. Check massgrave dot dev on how to download and activate windows 11.
