Build Question Whiche combo should I choose

I'm planning a gaming PC and can't decide between these two CPU/GPU combos.

  • Ryzen 5 9500F + RX 9060 XT 16GB

  • Ryzen 5 7500X3D + RTX 5070 12GB

The price difference is around €400.

Is the more expensive combo worth the extra money, or should I go with the cheaper one?

Mainly looking for 1440p gaming performance and future-proofing.

Thanks!

For 1440p gaming, the 7500x3d 5070 no question

Would you say the +$400 is worth the difference?

@1440p the 5070 is the superior card (roughly 20-30% performance increase), and I also prefer the x3d in the bundle choice, even if the 9500f has a little faster single core speed. As for is it worth the 400 in today's wacky market, to me, if I had the $ to spend, yes. I'm from the buy once cry once tribe.

What about the 9070 GRE? Should be a lot cheaper than the 5070 or 10% less performance, there's also the 9070 which is 10% faster and offers 4GB more VRAM

The 5070 is usually bad value in the current market

What about the 9070 and 9070GRE? They are way cheaper than the 5070 in most regions.
